PRF, or “Liquid Gold” as we call at RA. Platelet Rich Fibrin is one of the most natural ways to induce collagen production. It is second-generation PRP platelets, and leukocytes which accelerate the healing of soft and hard tissue. It is the perfect solution to stimulate healthy cell growth and collagen within the body.
Procedure consists of drawing a patient’s blood , processing it and using it for treatment. The amazing benefits of PRF can be used to encourage collagen production,
stimulate hair growth, and diminish the appearance of scarring. We love using it as a stand alone treatment as well as combination with microneedeling.
PRF treatments by area:
Platelet Rich Fibrin is injected into specific areas of the face to stimulate collagen, tighten the skin, improve skin texture, and reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. PRF is injected/microneedled to diminish the appearance of scarring from injuries, stretch marks, or surgical procedures. Surgical scars from tummy tuck, breast augmentation, C-section or knee replacement can dramatically be reduced. You may need a series of 3-4 treatments for optimum results.
