Booking policy

We appreciate all the love and support from our current and future clients. A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time and help protect Reagan Aesthetics from last-minute cancellations and no-shows. If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, the $150 deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Late arrival policy

Please be aware that RA has a late arrival policy. If no appointment confirmation is received or you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be removed from the regular schedule. While we certainly understand that delays may happen, we have an obligation and responsibility to do our very best to service clients and patients who are here for their appointments on time. We strongly encourage all our clients to arrive at least
10 minutes early for scheduled appointments. Thank you!
